Additional return policy details: Non Delivery Should your order fail to arrive within 14 days for UK Shipments or 21 days for overseas shipments please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can rectify any problems. **Please note note that we can not track first class postage so can not guarantee delivery within 1-2 days although most items are actually delivered within 1 working day. Also we can not be held responsible for delays in delivery and dispatch caused by but not exclusively: severe weather, floods, earthquakes, "acts of god", industrial action, legislation, war, police restrictions etc. If you have any further question please contact us at [email protected] Returns and Refunds If you change your mind within 7 Days of receipt for any reason please let us know and we will arrange for it to be returned and refunded, to qualify, the product must be returned in a reasonable condition with the original packaging Returns will always be accepted for defective products, if it found not to be as described or is the wrong item (as long as we are notified within 7 days), either a credit will be given or replacement sent out on receipt of the returned item, All returns must be notified to [email protected] so that we can approve the return as failure to notify before returning may lead to a refund not being issued. Return post and packing will be at the cost of the purchaser apart from for defective product, if it found not to be as described or is the wrong item (Please note that P&P for the return of defective products must not exceed the original P&P). Note it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the item is sufficiently packed to ensure safe return carriage, otherwise the cost of any damage caused may be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not be automatically issued for undelivered items as an investigation would need to be done with the carrier - this can take up to 30 days. In the meantime if you require the item please purchase a replacement and once the investigation is concluded and the item is deemed as "Lost" a full refund will be issued.
