Delivery.
DELIVERY WILL NORMALLY TAKE 2-3 WORKING DAYS FROM WHEN IT IS PROCESSED. HOWEVER IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK DELIVERY WILL TAKE LONGER.
The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands will be special delivery rates please contact out teams for details.
Returns
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or return. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage. The goods should be well packed and clearly labelled, enclosing your returns form and sent back to: mypet, 10 exmoor ave, skippingdale, scunthorpe, DN15 8NJ.
It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage and should a returned parcel become damaged or lost, we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of cancelled or unwanted goods.
